Information you choose to provide
The assessment collects your chosen rewards programs, approximate balances or ranges, travel goals, timing and any optional destination or month. You may add an email and first name, or continue without email and view results immediately. Contact inquiries collect your email, message and optional name.
We do not request bank or loyalty passwords, account numbers, full payment-card details or a phone number for the free assessment. Please do not include sensitive credentials in an inquiry.
How the website uses it
Assessment information is used to calculate educational results and retain the submitted preferences. An optional email is used for an assessment-delivery request and to associate your preferences with a future service inquiry. Website records are stored in the site's Cloudflare D1 database.
Automated assessment emails are not currently available. Providing an email does not mean an email has been sent. Results appear on screen regardless of whether you share an email address.
A separate marketing choice
The newsletter checkbox is optional and unchecked by default. Your choice, its wording/version and timestamp are recorded separately from the assessment-delivery request. No recurring newsletter is active. Assessment submission alone does not authorize marketing.
You may change your marketing preference using an unsubscribe link provided with a future authorized message, or email andrew@pointhampton.com. We maintain suppression records so opt-outs can be respected.
Browser data and measurement
The website uses browser session storage for the assessment flow and a random first-party identifier for basic page and assessment activity. Server security controls may use a protected browser cookie and a keyed hash for request limits. Email addresses, points balances and trip details are not included in third-party analytics events. No third-party advertising analytics is added by this release.
Cloudflare processes requests to operate and protect the website. We collect basic first-party events to understand assessment completion, lead capture and the service journey. Individual inputs are separate from aggregate funnel reporting.
Payment information
Paid enrollment is currently paused. When approved checkout reopens, Stripe provides the payment fields. Secret API keys stay on the server; PointHampton does not collect full card details through its own forms. Relevant order records may include customer email, the Stripe session/payment reference, amount, service status and accepted policy versions.
Access and disclosures
Private assessment and order records are intended for authorized business administration. They are not published through an open lead directory. Hosting and payment providers process data needed to supply their respective services. PointHampton does not add your email to a marketing list without your affirmative choice.
Retention and requests
A final retention schedule, deletion process, backup handling and any required transaction-record retention are still being approved. Contact PointHampton to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask how your information is being used. Some limited records may need to be retained for security, transaction obligations or marketing suppression; the applicable process must be confirmed for the request.
No fixed retention period, complete deletion from backups or blanket legal-compliance certification is promised by this draft.
