Clear expectations.
Before any paid research.
A draft outline of the intended service relationship. Final terms are not yet approved, and paid enrollment is paused.
1. Who provides the service
PointHampton is an independent travel rewards consulting business. The legal seller identity, business mailing address, operating jurisdictions and any applicable registration or insurance disclosures must be confirmed before a final customer agreement is offered.
2. Proposed standard scope
The proposed Complete Trip Optimizer is a one-time $199 USD research service for one round-trip journey to one destination for up to two passengers. It would include up to three qualifying alternatives when available, comparable cash pricing, effective points and mandatory fees, transfer considerations, booking instructions and a personalized digital report.
Hotel-only, multi-city, larger-group or other complex requests would require separately agreed scope. A reasonable revision within seven days of delivery is proposed, limited to the original requirements.
3. What PointHampton does not do
PointHampton does not purchase tickets, reserve travel, hold inventory, transfer points or access customer accounts. Customers remain responsible for their own bookings, transfers, program eligibility, travel documents and suitability of their plans.
4. Research and changing availability
Research would record the date and relevant conditions of a documented option. Award inventory, cash fares, taxes, fees, transfer timing and loyalty program rules may change. A report would not guarantee future availability or a successful booking.
5. Payment, intake and timing
Work would begin after payment is independently verified and complete, agreed intake is received. No immediate confirmation or 24–48-hour turnaround promise is currently active. Research and support timing must be approved and disclosed in final terms.
6. Value and refund conditions
The program-specific Value Guarantee and refund-policy draft are not active promises. Qualifying criteria, request windows, evidence standards and processing expectations must be approved before enrollment reopens.
7. Independent advice and third parties
PointHampton is independent of airlines, hotels, banks and card issuers unless expressly disclosed. Loyalty programs and booking providers set their own rules. The free assessment is educational and does not identify live inventory or provide a financial product recommendation.
8. Questions and unresolved terms
Support and dispute questions can be raised at andrew@pointhampton.com. Applicable law, any required cancellation rights, dispute procedures, record retention and final seller disclosures remain subject to review. No arbitration, waiver or jurisdiction provision is imposed by this draft.
